The accomplishments of the Kerbel family in the post-World War II building boom in Ontario are legendary. The Kerbel brothers embarked on a journey of developing communities early on in Brampton, Mississauga, and North York. They have successfully passed on a reputation for integrity, hard work and perseverance to the next generation of leadership.

Today, Susan Kerbel-Brown oversees her own successful development corporation, Kerbel Properties. Her honesty combined with her insights into consumer needs and new technology is the basis for her vision of managing this highly esteemed company in the 21st century.

Currently she oversees a portfolio that includes both commercial and residential real estate. Kerbel Properties has created exclusive single family communities in select neighbourhoods throughout the GTA.
